Aged twenty four Enzo opened his first music school and in a short time he had a total of four music schools with twenty two teachers working for him teaching about 600 students of which about half were learning the accordion. During this time Enzo produced local, state and Australian champions. The reason for his teaching success was that Enzo invented new teaching techniques which helped his students learn quicker and at the same time making the learning experience pleasant and enjoyable. He basically broke away from traditional teaching which was too stringent and lacked the "fun" in learning an instrument.
